Introducing Large Scale Scrum (LeSS)

Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) defines itself as “Scrum applied to many teams working together on one product”. LeSS aims at finding a balance between defined elements and empirical process control. LeSS tries to figure out how to apply the principles and elements of Scrum in a large-scale context.
