Agile is Not Only for Software Projects

Agile is Not Only for Software Projects

This presentation demonstrates specific practices for applying Agile concepts to all sorts of projects. It starts by reviewing the Agile concepts and then provide examples of Agile practices (and tools) applied to both software and non software projects. It will also describe how this particular set of Agile practices (called Commitment-based Project Management – CBPM) evolved at Intel in the mid-1990’s.
