Feedback is frequently cited as the cornerstone of a Agile methods yet many teams are only playing lip service to it. This talk looks at the function, importance, meaning and limitations of systemic feedback in software development.

1.) The customer knows what they want
2.) The developer knows how to build it
3.) Nothing changes along the way
and how feedback helps us deal with the reality, in which they are not.
