Managing a game development team

Game development is about delivering a multi million dollar project on time where the only goal is to achieve top quality for a really picky consumer. To achieve this we use agile methods to make artists and designers together with engineers and programmers create a software that is only measured by its fun factor. This session will focus on how we iterate the project and also how we organize the team to achieve maximum quality without missing our ship-date.
