This session we will take a look at why Scrum is so hard to implement. Failure modes for Scrum Master, Team, Product Owner and Management will be discussed. There will also be discussions about failure modes in sprint planning, daily Scrum, and sprint review. Finally we will take a look at how to approach failure modes.
