It’s commonly accepted in the Agile community that addressing impediments is a critical part of creating high performing teams. However it is often a struggle for teams to come up with impediments on a daily basis. How do we help people to see the impediments to the work they are doing? This tutorial aims to provide insight into how to identify impediments using a variety of exercises and collaborative discussion. The objective is to provide insight and explore techniques that will help to overcome the “impediment blindness” that can sometimes affect even the best teams.
