Transition To Agile Methodology In The Enterprise

Martin Kearns, an Agile Practice Lead, together with NAB’s David Broeren, who has experienced the benefits of the approach, recently gave a presentation called “The Transition to Agile Methodology in the Enterprise”. Among other things, the presentation was focused on answering the following questions:

* How staged release software results in increased profit, lower capital investment and faster project break even.
* How Agility enables delivery of value while managing inherent project unpredictability
* How using an interactive approach, the business priorities are the main topic on each stage, with the needs and demands of the present and future taking precedence over the past (waterfall method).
